By downloading or using Strategies, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. Use of the app
Strategies is a creative tool for music producers. You may use it for personal and professional creative work. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code
- Resell or redistribute the app or its content without written permission
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
2. Content ownership
The card content included in Strategies — the Creative Deck, Session Deck, and Masters of Sound — is owned by Strategies and protected by copyright. You may use prompts to guide your creative work, but may not republish or sell the card content itself.
Custom cards you create are entirely yours. We claim no rights over content you add to the app.
3. No warranty
Strategies is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Creative output is yours to judge.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategies and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
